When I login in the Web Education System, the webpage doesn’t show anything, or the buttons display in orange occasionally. (If your OS is Win98/WinME/Win2000, what mentioned above could be happened.) |
Ans1:
The version of Microsoft Internet Explorer must be 6.0 or above. Please download the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and install it.
After the first step, please install the Java 2 Runtime Environment (j2re-1_4_0-win.exe). |
