E-Learning technology is progressing over time and the whole learning environment is changing as well. The establishment of e-learning center makes it possible for learners to learn via Internet and makes the most of media via long distant online learning. This may be a remedy for the disadvantage of lacking face-to-face contacts.

However, online learning has become a new approach to learning. Therefore, e-learning center is going to put great efforts into promoting and making online courses on campus, encouraging learners to learn online. The final step is to make all courses online to link up with the world.

The service from e-learning enter is not restricted to campus. On the contrary, e-Learning center is expanding its service by seeking opportunities to cooperate with other institutions. To make the most of its platform, e-learning center is promoting the platform service by using its own resources. In the near future, e-learning center will be expected to make ends meet. This means that e-learning center will become a new source of revenue for the university and even improve the university's competitiveness.

Four directions for the future:

1) E-course service

2) Platform rental service
